Reds place Harang on bereavement list

Harang, who is not expected to miss his next start on Monday, is traveling back to San Diego. He is 10-2 on the year with a 3.63 earned run average, and held the Atlanta Braves to two runs in 7 2/3 innings on Wednesday, finishing with a no-decision in Cincinnati's 5-4, 15-inning win.

The Reds also moved pitcher Eric Milton, who is recovering from "Tommy John" surgery, to the 60-day disabled list on Thursday, and purchased the contract of right-hander Ricky Stone from Triple-A Louisville.
